- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Tear the bread into small pieces, blend with water and let it sit for a few minutes to soak.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and the soaked bread. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape into 1.5 to 2-inch meatballs, yielding about 20 to 24.
- Lightly grease your air fryer basket and arrange the meatballs in a single layer.
- Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, checking with a meat thermometer to ensure they reach 160°F.
- Let the meatballs rest for a moment before serving.

Serve with pasta, in a sub, or pair with a salad or roasted vegetables. They also store well in the fridge for leftovers.
