Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
  2. Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry the wedges well.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Toss the wedges in a bowl with oil, seasoning salt, and garlic powder until well coated.
  6. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
