Description

Ingredients

- 2 Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons seasoning salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
- Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain and dry the wedges well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss the wedges in a bowl with oil, seasoning salt, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cook until crispy and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, dry the wedges thoroughly after soaking. Experiment with different spices and dips to customize your wedges.
