Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the canned pumpkin, banana, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup, if you’re using it.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day. Add more almond milk if the smoothie thickens.
