- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
- Arrange taco shells in a baking dish and fill each with the seasoned beef. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the shells are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For added crunch, toast taco shells for 5 minutes before filling. Customize toppings as desired.
