Description

Deliciously flavored chicken skewers coated in a creamy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or Metal Skewers

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice for the sauce.
  2. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Brush chicken skewers with half of the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve with remaining Bang Bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken if time allows. Feel free to add veggies to the skewers or swap chicken for shrimp or tofu.
