Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast
  • 1 ¾ cups Water (warmed to 120°F-130°F)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (plus more for brushing)
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Desired toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Caputo Fioreglut flour, kosher salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Gradually pour in the warm water, stirring with a spatula until it begins to come together.
  3. Knead gently and incorporate olive oil until fully mixed.
  4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm spot for about 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  6. Dust your work surface with flour and shape the dough.
  7. Brush the edges with olive oil, spread your sauce and toppings.
  8. Transfer to the hot stone or baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Let the dough rise properly for the best texture and consider using a pizza stone for a crispier crust.
