  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Miniature marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a pot until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and mash.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with marshmallows and chopped pecans, if using.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
