  • 1 small head of Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: herbs like thyme or bay leaves

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef to your slow cooker.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, onion, carrots, garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
  5. Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours.
