Description

A delightful recipe for Blackstone Bourbon Chicken with a sweet, smoky glaze and tender meat, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes, refrigerate for up to 2 hours for better flavor absorption.
  3. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat. Add olive oil and let it warm up.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the griddle.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve.

Notes

For a smoky twist, add a dash of smoked paprika to the marinade. You can also experiment with different herbs or citrus zests.
