Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Season flank steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steak on the griddle; cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steak and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the griddle; sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain and serve with sautéed vegetables in tortillas along with your choice of toppings.

Notes
