- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine apple, milk, yogurt, caramel sauce, and cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Freezing is also an option.
