Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine apple, milk, yogurt, caramel sauce, and cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Freezing is also an option.
