Instructions

- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Add the rice, shredded chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
