- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for sauce)

Instructions
- Mix garlic, spices, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Let sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, tahini, water, and lemon juice for the garlic sauce.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust the heat level by varying the cayenne pepper to your preference.
