  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic, spices, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Let sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, tahini, water, and lemon juice for the garlic sauce.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
