Description

A vibrant and zesty cilantro lime vinaigrette that brightens up salads and grilled dishes.


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed from 12 limes)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Cilantro (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet onion (or a small shallot, about 1 oz.)
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine lime juice, honey, garlic, cilantro, onion, and salt. Pulse until roughly chopped.
  2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified and well mixed.
  3. Serve immediately or chill. Shake before serving if separated.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. It may separate, just shake before use.
