Description

Succulent burgers made with ground chuck, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and topped with cheese and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ⅓ Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Mustard
  • Mayo

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 6 patties and make a small dimple in the center of each.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, reaching your desired doneness.
  5. Let them rest for a few minutes before assembling on buns.
