Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring succulent chicken in a rich, creamy garlic sauce with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally or pound them to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  3. Lower the heat, add butter and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in cream, stirring to deglaze, and mix in Parmesan cheese. Let simmer until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well-coated with sauce.

Notes

Perfect for serving with pasta, rice, or crusty bread. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
