A delightful twist on classic Rice Krispie treats infused with creamy strawberry puree and topped with whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Spread whipped cream over the cool mixture and top with fresh strawberries.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using homemade whipped cream. These treats can also be stored at room temperature for up to three days.
