Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the base of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth together until blended.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes
