Crockpot Crack Chicken

Description

A comfort food classic made easily in the crockpot with chicken, cream cheese, bacon, and ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, flat.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Top with cream cheese and crumbled bacon.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked through, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions. Let the cheese melt into the mixture.
  7. Serve over rice, in a sandwich, or on its own.

Notes

Serve with rice, on sandwiches, or with a side of vegetables. Leftovers can be reheated easily.
