Description
A comfort food classic made easily in the crockpot with chicken, cream cheese, bacon, and ranch seasoning.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, flat.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Top with cream cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked through, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions. Let the cheese melt into the mixture.
- Serve over rice, in a sandwich, or on its own.
Notes
Serve with rice, on sandwiches, or with a side of vegetables. Leftovers can be reheated easily.
