Delightful homemade treats combining rich dark chocolate and creamy peanut butter, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings guilt-free.
Ingredients

- ⅓ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
- 10 ounces Dark Chocolate Chips
- A pinch Sea Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with 6 muffin liners.
- Mix peanut butter and ground flaxseed in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips until smooth either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each muffin liner. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 teaspoons of peanut butter mixture in the center of each cup. Freeze for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon melted chocolate on top to seal. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from muffin liners and enjoy, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
For variations, try almond butter, add cayenne for a spicy kick, or mint extract for a refreshing twist.
