- 2 lbs Potatoes (Yukon Gold or red potatoes)
- 3–4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1–2 tsp Fresh rosemary (Chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your crispy potato goodness.
