Deliciously crispy exterior with a fluffy inside, these oven-roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes (Yukon Gold or red potatoes)
  • 34 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 12 tsp Fresh rosemary (Chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary until evenly coated.
  4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy potato goodness.
