Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place diced chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add cream of chicken soup and milk. Stir well.
- Mix in broccoli florets and cooked rice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
