  • Cucumber or bell pepper, sliced

  • Your choice of sauce (e.g., ranch, Greek yogurt, hummus, or mayo mustard mix)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice. Let it rest for 10 minutes if possible.
  2. Grill the chicken on medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the fillings while the chicken rests: wash and cut the greens and veggies.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave them under a damp paper towel for a few seconds.
