Instructions

  2. Melt butter in a large pan over low heat.
  3. Add cream and warm gently.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese gradually until melted.
  5. Add a splash of pasta water and keep stirring until creamy.
  6. Toss in cooked fettuccine and mix until coated.
  7. Adjust consistency with more pasta water if needed.
