  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (or fresh garlic)

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle and add a bit of oil.
  3. Cook the sausage for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Chop the Yukon Gold potatoes into small cubes.
  5. Add potatoes to the griddle, cooking until lightly crispy.
