  1. Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

  3. Add freshly cracked black pepper and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss gently.
  5. Gradually add both cheeses while stirring, incorporating reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary and serve immediately.

Notes
