Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 16 ounces Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 912 ounces Gluten-free fettuccine pasta
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Lower the heat, and gradually whisk in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, adjusting with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine into the sauce and mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley if desired, serve immediately, and enjoy.
