Ingredients

- 1 pound Ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or pasta.
Notes
Chill the meat mixture for 30 minutes before forming meatballs for better shape retention. These meatballs are freezer-friendly for up to 3 months.
