Description
Juicy pork chops marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and spices, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
- Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place them on the grill.
- Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pat pork chops dry before grilling for a better sear. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Let them rest for juiciness.
