Ingredients

- 5 cups bread, cubed
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cubed bread, diced ham, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until set and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead and baked in the morning for an easy prep. Customize with leftover veggies or different meats for variety.
