A lighter version of buffalo chicken dip made with cottage cheese for a creamy, high-protein snack that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese (2% or 4%)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (such as rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
- Warm the mixture until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted, adding extra cheese on top if desired.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and thickness as necessary by adding milk or additional buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
