  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 pounds Potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey and BBQ sauce until well combined. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
  3. Grill or bake the chicken for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, reaching 165°F internally.
  4. In another bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve the chicken alongside the garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
