Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  3. Divide the smoothie between 2 8-ounce glasses or 4 4-ounce glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit or less milk. This smoothie can also be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day.
