Description

A hearty and flavorful twist on classic nachos, featuring ground turkey, black beans, and a melty cheese topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 can Black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground turkey until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and black beans until heated through.
  3. On a baking sheet, lay tortilla chips evenly.
  4. Top with the turkey mixture, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
  6. Remove and garnish with sliced jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and green onions.
  7. Serve right away and enjoy every last bite.
