- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 can Black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground turkey until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and black beans until heated through.
- On a baking sheet, lay tortilla chips evenly.
- Top with the turkey mixture, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove and garnish with sliced jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and green onions.
- Serve right away and enjoy every last bite.
