- 4 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with a salad or quinoa for a healthy meal. Freeze leftovers for up to a month.
