Description

A simple yet satisfying dish of oven-baked chicken breasts, perfectly seasoned for a juicy and tender meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
