Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced pickles, red onion, mayonnaise, dill weed, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
