- 8 oz Pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup Dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup Red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dill weed
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced pickles, red onion, mayonnaise, dill weed, and apple cider vinegar.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
