Description

A delightful fusion of quesadilla and burger, featuring juicy beef, gooey cheese, and crisp veggies all wrapped in a toasty tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onions
  • 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil for Grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the diced onions, bell peppers, and season generously with salt and pepper. Shape into patties.
  3. Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. On the grill, place one tortilla, sprinkle cheese, add a patty, drizzle salsa, and top with another tortilla.
  5. Grill until the bottom tortilla is golden, then flip and grill the other side.
  6. Remove from grill, cut into wedges, and serve!

Notes

Feel free to customize with additional ingredients like jalapeños or olives.
