- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions
- 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Salsa
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Oil for Grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the diced onions, bell peppers, and season generously with salt and pepper. Shape into patties.
- Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- On the grill, place one tortilla, sprinkle cheese, add a patty, drizzle salsa, and top with another tortilla.
- Grill until the bottom tortilla is golden, then flip and grill the other side.
- Remove from grill, cut into wedges, and serve!
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional ingredients like jalapeños or olives.
