  • 1 Can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes with Juice
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream or Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add diced tomatoes with juice.
  3. Pour in heavy cream or cream cheese.
  4. Add minced garlic and chopped basil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Shred the chicken and stir into the sauce.
