Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add diced tomatoes with juice.
- Pour in heavy cream or cream cheese.
- Add minced garlic and chopped basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir into the sauce.
Notes
