- 2 Lemons (juiced and zested)

- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add chicken, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook rice in water according to package instructions.
