Ingredients

- 1 whole bagel
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 2 ounces smoked salmon lox
- ¼ cup red onion (sliced thin)
- ¼ whole cucumber (sliced thin)
- ½ teaspoon capers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Optional: sliced radishes, arugula, additional seasonings
Instructions
- Cut the bagel in half and toast until golden brown.
- Spread cream cheese on both halves while the bagel is still warm.
- Layer the smoked salmon lox on top of the cream cheese.
- Add sliced red onion and cucumber on top of the lox.
- Sprinkle with capers, then garnish with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
