Tender chicken thighs marinated in a sweet, spicy, and savory gochujang sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 3 tablespoons Gochujang
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook the thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing, then garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
Notes
Serve with jasmine rice or quinoa and sautéed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
