  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half over the salmon and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the salmon for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden.
  5. Brush remaining marinade onto the salmon in the last few minutes of cooking.
