Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half over the salmon and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook the salmon for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden.
- Brush remaining marinade onto the salmon in the last few minutes of cooking.
