- ¾–1 cup watermelon juice (or milk)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen watermelon chunks
Instructions
- Add ¾ to 1 cup of watermelon juice or your chosen milk to your blender.
- Add ½ cup of Greek yogurt.
- Include ¾ cup of frozen strawberries.
- Add 1 cup of frozen watermelon chunks.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency with more liquid if necessary.
Notes
Serve chilled with a sprig of fresh mint or fruit slices on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
