Description

A refreshing Watermelon Smoothie that combines juicy watermelon and creamy Greek yogurt for a delicious summer drink.


Ingredients

  • ¾1 cup watermelon juice (or milk)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen watermelon chunks

Instructions

  1. Add ¾ to 1 cup of watermelon juice or your chosen milk to your blender.
  2. Add ½ cup of Greek yogurt.
  3. Include ¾ cup of frozen strawberries.
  4. Add 1 cup of frozen watermelon chunks.
  5. Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency with more liquid if necessary.

Notes

Serve chilled with a sprig of fresh mint or fruit slices on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
