Ingredients
- Cooked chicken (grilled, baked, rotisserie, or leftover)
- Romaine lettuce
- Caesar dressing
- Parmesan (shaved or grated)
- Bread (ciabatta, baguette, focaccia, or soft rolls)
- Optional: crispy bacon, sliced tomato, or a squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Chop the romaine and pat it dry.
- Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized strips.
- Mix the chicken with Caesar dressing, just enough to coat.
- Prepare the bread and set everything out for assembly.
- Layer romaine, then chicken, then Parmesan on the bread.
- Add bacon if using and drizzle with more dressing if desired.
- Press on the top bread, slice, and eat immediately.
